The discount will only apply if someone you refer enrolls in a program, using the email address you submitted.

The discount is valid for a single enrollment in a future session, not one that you have already paid for, and not multiple enrollments.

The family you are referring must not have enrolled in an Afterschool Enrichment Solutions program previously.

You are only eligible to receive one 10% discount per submission (the discount does not continue to grow if multiple people you list on this form enroll). If you would like to earn another discount for a future session, you must submit a new response. You may only submit one response per session.

We are unable to hold spots for programs where registration is limited. When you submit a referral, it doesn't count as registration or expression of interest in a particular program. Families are not guaranteed a spot in a limited registration program if they decide to wait on a referral's sign up before officially registering themselves.

No refunds will be made, unless there is insufficient enrollment. Friends that you refer will not be able to cancel their registration and receive a refund.

When a friend who you have referred registers, we will send you an email at the address you submitted 2-3 business days before the next session of our standard programing starts, advising you to call our office to complete your own registration with a discount. If you'd like to know whether or not someone you referred registered sooner, feel free to reach out to us earlier to check and to complete your registration. We will not send a notification email before one time events such escape rooms or tournaments. If you would like to use your discount on a limited registration program, it is your responsibility to reach out to our office to request your discount before the program reaches capacity.

No make-ups will be scheduled for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. It is the parents’ responsibility to remind the children about the classes.
