About Afterschool Enrichment Solutions
Founded in 2001 in the Chicago area, Afterschool Enrichment Solutions is dedicated to providing fun and educational programs to children nationwide. We’ve been featured in the Chicago Tribune and the Daily Herald!
We provide Chess, STEAM, Coding, Spanish, Art, Drama, Improv, Healthy Habits, Creative Writing and Fitness programs at over 800 schools and community centers nationwide. Over 30,000 children attended our programs during the 2024-2025 school year.

We take pride in our dedicated and responsible instructors, who are provided with a curriculum and thorough training to ensure our students’ rapid growth. In addition to providing a fun and enriching classroom environment, our instructors are trained to be autonomous and follow safe attendance and dismissal procedures.

At Afterschool Enrichment Solutions/Chess Scholars, we provide after school programs that are turnkey and efficient. We carry liability insurance, provide all the equipment, handle registrations, and provide the advertising materials (flyers). All of our instructors complete a rigorous background check and training. In particular, the instructors are trained to be self-sufficient, not expecting or requiring any support from the school administration or volunteers.

Our programs provide the opportunity for children to improve their academic performance. Research shows having a variety of after school programs can result in higher test scores for students and enhance social skills. With our after school programs, the students can enjoy learning and continue their academic growth.
Privacy Policy
Fambro Management LLC are committed to protecting the privacy and security of student and family information. We collect and use student data solely for the purpose of delivering our educational services in accordance with applicable laws, including FERPA and SOPPA, and as required by our agreements with school partners. We do not sell, rent, or share student or family personal information with any third parties except as explicitly authorized by the contracting school district or required by law. Access to student data is limited to authorized personnel and is subject to appropriate security controls, logging, and auditing procedures.

We retain student information only for the duration necessary to fulfill program services and contractual obligations. All instructors are required to securely destroy any student rosters or personally identifiable information in their possession immediately following the conclusion of each program session. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect student data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
